I've never spoken another language before and at 45 years old i thought it was too late.
I've been listening to this while working from home for less than 1 week and i'm picking it up.
Due to my age i do have to go back quite a lot to re listen.
I'd definitely recommend this, but it is not a magic book. You get out what you put in.

It works..Simple as that

You need to read the books first but these hypnosis tracks do work if you stick with them, for at least the required time of 21 days.
They change how you feel and think about alcohol as a substance.
As the author says himself "No will power required"
Highly recommended, as long as you are willing and able to handle the truth.

If you want to feel like you've had a boll&%$ng from a cockney down the pub, then this is the book for you.
That may work for some. For me, i wasn't overly impressed by this book. it was.... "Okay"
I prefer a slightly more reasoned approach.
Easy to listen to, if you don't mind the bad language.

I wasn't a fan of Brand as a comedian, or his chat show, appearances.
I though he came across too desperate for attention and loved himself too much.
He does seem to have been humbled by the experiences of his life and is able to convey a sense of understanding and empathy. Some nice humour in the book that made me chuckle and is not over the top.
A very helpful and eloquently narrated audio book.

Peterson is so much more than just this book. I'd recommend Youtube and his official Channel. Get to know the guy a little before you listen to this book. I'm certain you will find it even more enjoyable after that.

Boring.

listen very carefully.
"when you find yourself over thinking or thinking about the past or future, drag yourself back from that and teach yourself to be....in the moment. breath in and concentrate on each breath. feel things around you, notice things that are happening around you right now. teach yourself to live for right now"
OK that's the whole book over and over and over and over again....
