There's a lot of really introductory information in this book, but that's a great thing. While it was pretty basic for my skill level, it's a great introduction to my son who's never done anything with Linux or programming at all. The Python introduction was helpful to me because though I know several programming languages, I have never learned Python. It was good to see the syntax and examples so I could see how it was different from other languages.
