I really enjoyed listening to this book. On the face of it a book about albums from 2016 is an obscure theme, but that’s not the story here. I actually got a lot personally from the breakdowns/solutions to the hard times in life that we all go through. It genuinely changed my outlook to a more positive one. Great book made even better my James’ reading.

Having been a fan of Alan Partridge for as long as I can remember I was keen to listen to this book.

Steve is funny, honest, insightful and very funny. This book has inspired me to ’do the work’.

A fantastic and holistic look at various peoples interactions s with fear and ways in which individuals have overcome it.

Well written, well read. Motivational to say the least.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Yes, great story.

Any additional comments?

The audio quality really detracted from the story. I understand the file size has to be kept as small as possible, but not when it takes away from the listeneing. I've had higher quality phone calls.
