Want to know more about history and politics? Then you should probably go and listen to a proper audiobook. Fancy a laugh at some smutty jokes? Then go and read Viz. But if you fancy a combination of the two, this is the audiobook for you. In Off the Record, bitter and twisted leftie news reporter Jonathan Pie picks 10 of the world's worst wankers and tears them apart. Here you'll find the answers to some difficult questions. With extra swearing.

This has to be one of the best audiobooks I've ever listened to..it's funny, its intelligent and very thought provoking. There was nothing I could find fault with, in fact I agreed with everything he said: I too detest Bliar, I too quite like Simon Cowell, I too am very unhappy with the bigotry of the left/middle classes

May 1940. Britain is at war, European democracies are falling rapidly and the public are unaware of this dangerous new world. Just days after his unlikely succession to Prime Minister, Winston Churchill faces this horror - and a sceptical King and a party plotting against him. He wonders how he can capture the public mood and does so magnificently before leading the country to victory.

I'm not a fan of the Churchills..think Winston was a chancer, and was capricious, when it came to the lives of working class people..we were fodder, Tony Pandy, where he had police shoot miners, and his failed battle in Turkey, not a very nice character, given his history..plus, Thatcher liked him, which confirmed my dislike..also, I remember his funeral on tv, when I was 11..very heavy, very miserable and seemed to go on and on..the narration is very good..and whilst it hasn't enamoured me to this man..it is an interesting piece of history..gives you a good bit of background..I've still no time for his family..they made £10 million by selling his'..papers back to us!!! Typical Tories!!

As the BBC's North America Editor, Jon Sopel has had a pretty busy time of it lately. In the 18 months it's taken for a reality star to go from laughingstock to leader of the free world, Jon has travelled the length and breadth of the United States, experiencing it from a perspective that most of us could only dream of: he has flown aboard Air Force One, interviewed President Obama and has even been described as 'a beauty' by none other than Donald Trump.

And sack these lot of time servers...we want to see COMMITMENT, A PASSION..NOT SEEN FOR DECADES

Seven powerful recordings, each 10 minutes long, containing thousands of embedded subliminal messages designed to help you reach your goal. This recording contains the following subliminal affirmations: my mind is relaxed; I can switch off my thoughts at will; I avoid overanalysing things; my mind is still and peaceful; my thinking is always clear and uncomplicated.

Would you listen to Amy, My Daughter again? Why?

yes, once one gets over their 'prejudices' , mine was 'it's a bit slushy' , but when i thought about it, i thought 'why not?', if only on the basis that she was the target for many hiding their own inadequacies, she was 'easy' inasmuch as so called 'polite society' could 'dis' her without much comeback, i'm thinking of the episode of 'HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU' with CLARE BALDING, who stepped out of satire into downright, and revealing, abuse of Amy's character...so, in short, there were enough out there, particularly amongst the 'media', waiting to have a pop at Amy

What did you like best about this story?

the LOVE comes thru once you allow it

What does Mitch Winehouse and Rupert Farley bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

mitch, well his love for his daughter, instances from her childhood, Amy, i think, would have wanted it THIS WAY

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

all of it

Any additional comments?

we still don't know the effect Amy will have on the WORLD music scene, where she is loved, i suspect we have seen the passing of one of our best musicians, in the style of one of our other GREATEST, also vilified by the ENGLISH but a LEGEND IN HER OWN TIME as IS Amy...I hope there's more to come from her, and as extra, the cash goes to the Amy Winehouse foundation
