The book started a little bit dry but some of the techniques in this book such as creating your own silly limits as part of a game that my toddler can push or playfully pretend that I’m struggling to open the door or fall over so my toddler feels less powerless and frustrated worked immediately! I feel it gave me a really good practical toolset for mindful parenting.
