Salander is plotting her revenge - against the man who tried to kill her, and against the government institutions that very nearly destroyed her life. But it is not going to be a straightforward campaign. After taking a bullet to the head, Salander is under close supervision in Intensive Care, and is set to face trial for three murders and one attempted murder on her eventual release. With the help of journalist Mikael Blomkvist and his researchers at Millennium magazine, Salander must prove her innocence....

having been advised to skip the middle of the Girl Tattoo series i went into this 3rd book and very quickly was able to pick up the characters and flow.
It is demanding as it's deep, well written and deserves to be read with full concentration.
The plot unfolds beautifully and the ending is worth waiting for.
I look forward to more from Stieg

Peter Cook and Dudley Moore were two of the brightest stars ever to light up the world of comedy. They set standards that will probably never be surpassed. Cambridge graduates who met in Beyond the Fringe, their chemistry produced some of the funniest, most inventive and downright brilliant comedy ever recorded. They came to wider fame with the tv series Not Only… But Also. The writing and performances were superb....

I wanted to get into this but found it hard to enjoy. Being from just outside the era i found myself unable to 'get' the very basic humour. I live in a time of complex comedy and this wasn't deep enough for my taste

A throughly enjoyable listen. As someone familiar with Paddington green and the TSG i can naturally pick faults in the a few factual inaccuracies. However the style of writing leant itself to easily being absorbed and i was able to overlook these faults. The book was very enjoyable, easy to pick up and a fast pace kept it interesting.

The record-breaking, chart-topping comedy phenomenon returns for a fifth season - all four episodes are here as a single download. Ricky Gervais, of course, is the award-winning co-creator and star of The Office and Extras. Steve Merchant, who also stars in Extras, is his long-time creative partner. Karl is a pile of protoplasm that mimics the functions of a human being.

Enjoyable up to a point.

However I wonder if this threesome can go on much longer when the only substance appears to be the loveable baffoon (Pilkington) being the butt of all the jokes.

Although Sir Michael starts by saying this isn't just a book about the actors he has worked with you would struggle to find one actor from the past 40 years not mentioned in any of the numerous and sometimes tedious lists he acknowledges througout the book.

The biography i found very disjointed.

And to my surprise i felt a little empty at the end.

I admire this man as an actor and remain a fan. But this book was disappointing to me
