The author, Marcus Theron, is respectful and compassionate. He gets it, and I love the way he lays out the steps and then digs into the science. It’s easy to hear and provides much-needed insight into what happens in our bodies when anxiety hits & how to most effectively respond.

This was pretty much your standard common sense diet book. Nothing I’ve heard so far—and I’ve listened to the first 4 chapters—is really eye opening. But if you are looking for a way to jump start your summer diet plans, you probably won’t go too far wrong sticking to the shopping list provided in Anti Inflammatory Diet Motivation.
