A lot of good information but unless I missed it, they left out something very important - Facebook policies that can get your ad account flagged and shut off. I don't know if I used the wrong picture, or what rule I violated, I honestly have no idea, but after doing one successful campaign, creating ads for the next round they shut me down and I listening elsewhere, not in this book, that it can take a month to get that rectified!

This book explains the Keto diet quite simply and since I was just getting started on it I really liked that part. As for the recipes.....the two "dessert" recipes I tried.... It says one one to "pat the mixture into the pan". It was runny. And it tasted disgusting. Both of the dressing recipes were a bit on the nasty tasting side. It does have a cauliflower mashed potato recipe I use. The first two main meals in the 14 day plan required lamb. We never eat lamb and really don't want to. There are so many ingredients that the average person doesn't have to begin this diet with these recipes. If it wasn't for the simple, straightforward explanation

This has been useful for me so far, as I've been shifting my thoughts towards eating healthier food and exercising more, and just making better decisions for myself. This weight loss audiobook is like a jump starter for weight loss. Love the motivation it brings and I feel it can last as long as you listen whenever you feel you are losing the will to continue on a healthier path. It's worth it to at least try in my opinion. Health is everything.

Interesting listen. I found this book very engaging and easy to listen through. Keep in mind this is a science based book that presents information and concepts . Good for those who want to learn more about how the brain works as it relates to emotions. I space them out one per day in the morning or in the evening. This works well for me and makes this a great long term investment for one credit- a credit well spent to say the least I'm halfway through the book and Ive already started practicing mindful meditations and really feeling better spiritually even though I had only 3 sessions. can't wait to listen it till the last page
