Based on A Course In Miracles, this was quite enjoyable and clear. It broke down the obstacles of financial problems and made spiritual solutions easy to understand and access.

I took a few months to finish this, giving myself a few days for each 'day', and it has helped my thought process, my heart, my being immensely. Gabrielle breaks down the lessons from 'A Course In Miracles' in an easy to access way, and the techniques in the book rely very much on quantum theories. The affirmations are fantastic and easy, and they recentre swirling thoughts and behaviour in a deeply loving way. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who feels deeply connected and wants to put their feelings and thoughts into measurable practice, as well as anyone who feels disconnected and lost, who knows their life is meant for the powerful loving habits explained here. Thanks so much, Gabrielle! 💚

If you have been suffering from addiction, depression, anxiety, phobias, or anger management issues for a long time, you are probably ready for some relief. But it may seem like nothing works to relieve your pain. You may have tried psychotherapy, group therapy, medication, and even vitamins and home remedies for your symptoms, all in vain. After years of trying to feel better with no definitive results, you may have resigned yourself to a lifetime of suffering.

This was very good for beginners, and for people who have been considering CBT. It gave a good explanation of Cognitive Distortions, and is worth reading if one is considering therapy or self help with anxiety.

Where does The Universe Has Your Back rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is the first audiobook I have listened to, usually during my morning jogs. I have read Louise Hay and work with the Law of Attraction, and I really enjoyed this book. Gabby's anecdotal additions and personal examples are great, and I feel like she is very easy to connect with. Her style is fluid, so I don't feel like she is reading a book, but rather speaking to me. It reiterates an idea that is the most important thing in anyone's life, and so easy to tap into (or, at least learn to, if you are willing).

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Universe Has Your Back?

The consistent reminders to surrender the fears and doubts to the Universe in any given situation.

What does Gabrielle Bernstein bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

It has more of a 'storyteller' vibe, which I enjoy immensely.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No. There is a lot to consider, and I consumed it thoughtfully and didn't rush (you wouldn't wolf down a velvety chocolate mousse in two bites!). I feel like I got more out of it this way, and still practice these techniques.
