Alex Parkinson is in love with his writing tutor, Siobhan. He has never loved anyone like this, but how can he convince Siobhan that they are meant to be together? So Alex stalks her on Facebook and finds out where she lives, buys her presents using her own credit card and sends her messages telling her exactly what he wants to do to her. I absolutely loved 95% of this book until the ending. I have really enjoyed everything from these Authors and all of Mark Edwards solo novels too, but I can't help but be really disappointed with the ending. It just stopped dead, leaving a lot of unanswered questions. I honestly thought my book had a missing chapter or something. I just don't understand what the Authors were thinking?? Unless a sequel is planned. Such a shame as the rest of the book was fantastic

This is the 3rd book I have read by Mark Edwards, Magpies, Follow You Home and this. Every book has been brilliant and 5/5. Highly recommended. Read Magpies before this though if you haven't already 😉

Rockville, Tennessee, seems like a normal small town. But in reality it's become a nest of evil, the home of the Lamia, an ancient shape-shifting creature that survives by harvesting souls through seduction and manipulation. The Lamia has managed to enslave many of the young men in town, and many of the young women have become her priestesses.

I would recommend this book to any Bryan Smith or Richard Laymon fan and also anyone who likes a good gory horror story in general. I am a big fan of Mr Smith and have read about half of his books and to me this is right up there with his best. I especially loved the ending :)

"It's a man's world," according to the old saying. But a girl gang with no inhibitions when it comes to sex and violence would disagree. Dez, Echo and Lana are former strippers with lethal curves and bad intentions. Together they embark on a wild cross-country orgy of crime, leaving rivers of blood and piles of bullet-riddled bodies in their wake. Knowing they are destined to die young - and probably violently - the girls get their kicks while they can, never suspecting they are on a collision course with notorious cult guru John Wayne de Rais and his fanatical followers.

I really enjoyed the book as a whole but I didn't really like the ending which is a shame because the rest of the book was really fun.
