One thing, the narrator’s reading speed was fast. I couldn’t keep up the whole time. I had to rewind to be able to ponder on his suggestions. When it comes to the content, it has covered several scenarios for the author to make his point and I did appreciate it.

It’s surprising how this activity can be calming! I think Charice Kiernan has described each poses accurately. The breathing techniques can be challenging, but since it’s one of the vital elements in yoga, I plan to practice on it day by day.

The thing is, the writer has structured this listening material in a constructive and organized way making it easier for readers to remember the details. The contents that I found highly useful are basic food preservation and water purification as I have kids with me.
