In December of 2011, I gave a talk to an audience of scientists, Pentagon officials, politicians, and CEOs on the secret of life and how I'd figured it out the previous summer. Afterward, people came up individually and told me how much what I'd shared meant to them. This book is based on the truth I spoke about. It's something I learned from within myself, something I believed saved me. And more than that, the way I set about to do it. This is a collection of thoughts on what I learned, what worked, what didn't. Where I succeed and importantly, where I fail daily.

This short book might just be life changing, it certainly contains some very deep insights. But they are oxymorons in a sense that they are so simple to put into practice despite being profound. I really enjoyed this and would recommend.

You might think laziness, lack of willpower, and/or low motivation are to blame for the fact that you aren't achieving your goals. But fascinating research in the field of psychoneuroimmunology has revealed another, far more likely possibility. One with the potential to transform your life in a dramatic way.

Alot of interesting ideas but it is 9 hours of listening to something like a scientific lecture and to be honest I got bored with it.

Would you try another book written by Craig Beck or narrated by Craig Beck?

No I don't think I would

I thought this was going to be about confidence in general but it turned out to be about confidence with women. The book was ok but, although it tries not to be a book about "game" I couldn't quite get away from the fact that it felt like manipulation the whole way through
