Tyrion was a good person who had been born to a simple family and raised with love, but the world has shaped him for a different fate. Twisted by violence and torture, he is obsessed with a relentless desire for vengeance, and he has sown the seeds of wrath in his children. The She'Har have offered him the opportunity to be a great leader and usher in a new era of prosperity and peace, but, despite his gentle beginnings, Tyrion is no hero.

An enjoyable, immersive tale, albeit not the most cheerful content at times but an excellent listen nevertheless. Definitely worth purchasing.

The Trisolarian fleet has left their home world and will arrive in four centuries' time. But the Sophons and their extradimensional emissaries are already here. This is the motivation for the Wallfacer Project, a last-ditch defence that grants four individuals almost absolute power to design secret strategies, hidden through deceit and misdirection. I enjoyed this and thought it an excellent sequel to the first book, and well read too.

My only issue is that the final instalment is not available to Audible’s UK customers despite already being on offer to those in the US.

What’s the problem Audible? When will book three be available to order in the UK? You surely don’t expect us to have to subscribe to the US service in order to complete the series?

An enjoyable if undemanding listen, following on from the first Assassins Quest trilogy. Fills in useful detail before tackling the Fools Quest series.
