I'm sorry I didn't review this book when I originally listen it because I really really loved it. Their love story is the one we all wish we could have. I know I wish that had happened for me.

I purchased the audio book. I'll highlight many of the motivating points from the book that inspired me. If you are normally self-disciplined, but find yourself in a slump, listen this book! It may help get back on track, like it did for me.

This is very easy to follow and it isn't really a diet it is a new way of eating. Extremely easy for anyone to follow, I would recommend it to those who wish to start a new healthy life style. I want it! Good one! Awesome

someone with hypertension, like me, perfect way to get my blood pressure back on tract. easy to listen recipes. i love the way the author talks about the different foods and what the health benefits are for each one.and such variety so many different foods to choose from.the recipes are simple with ingredients that are common in most kitchens.
