There was nothing to dislike about this book. It made me see the ‘joking’ digs that people following a plant based diet have to listen to on their social media are subjected to. Simply put, there is nothing to suggest that eating meat and dairy will improve your health. For me personally I do hope that if people want to continue to eat small amounts of meat and dairy, that they are allowed to without difficulty, complaint or criticism. Small amounts can surely do no harm? A life changing book, fantastic.
