I never write reviews usually, but this was gripping. I was keen to keep listening and did the lot in a couple of days. Really fascinating listening.

Had a great laugh but only found a little information of use. More bravado and generalist sales showmanship than strategies. Very motivating though.

I don't usually bother with reviews, and after aborting 5 in a row I was grabbed and captivated by this one. the story itself is very absorbing and has a wonderful style, and the narrator is absolutely perfectly picked for it. downloading the sequel now!

The author has written something that is aimed at adults but is definitely a story for kids. I hit my limit several times on this one. Just terrible!

This is like nothing I've ever heard before. It was reminiscent of the hunger games, 1984, gladiator, avatar... so many different stories. There was a point where it felt a little lost, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. The imagination of this author is quite incredible. It's not what I thought it would be, much better in fact.

I got no more than 15 minutes into this before giving up. What a load of nonsense! the writer is totally self indulgent and doesn't make an effort to engage; just dropping in quotes from other famous books. The narrator has a whiny American accent that seems to blur the lines between words, points of the story and quotes.

From the very beginning I was immersed in the funny descriptions and observations of life. The great use of language along with a strong empathy with the main character makes this story unputdownable for me. I really loved it! Going to see out more books by this writer.

It's unclear who is telling the story, it flips around disjointedly and seems to almost be edited badly, It's told in the style of a storyteller which doesn't work, And it's badly written and uncomfortable to listen to. Not engaging in the least.
