This book could seriously help the masses I ponder, the trouble is it is not written in a language for the masses. Hard going at times and often feeling like a professors notebook and reading list, this book misses the mark for me. The heavy use of codes, and acronyms made me feel this book should of come with its own enigma code cracker, I still have some faith in the principles of ACT due to it's advertised success; but this book is sadly not a positive advert for the principle.

Unfortunately it wasn't until the final chapter that I felt any real sincerity from the author. Until this point it feels a "too ccol for school" as in the normal school of thinking, just for the hell of it. There is no substance to what the book states; I heard some nice thoughts, but sadly for a self help book, I'll take away no actions...

Inspirationally thought provoking!

Wonderfully narrated by the author. The book explained with good metaphors and powerful description that most complicated of animals, ourselves. A multitude of ideas taken away from the book and will be read numerous times in the future.
