This is the first book I have read / listened to by Stephen Laws and I am eager to seek more. I was very happy to discover before starting the book that Hannibal Hills would be narrating it. His voice is absolutely perfect for this genre and he could pretty much read the phone book and I would still find it interesting . I adored the sound effects at the start and it just set the scene for such an atmospheric tale. The book just flowed at a great pace and the deaths were just so gruesome and highly imaginative. A good old fashioned tale of good vs evil which I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. I was given this book by the author/narrator in return for an honest and unbiased review

This book is so different to other Kate L Mary titled I have read / listened to in the past but nevertheless still as enthralling. The story focuses on a completely new concept to me the ideology of total gender reversal . The book being a story of control and empowerment with very sinister undertones. Very original and a fantastic read. A little bit harder to get into but I'm so glad I stayed with it to the very end . This is the first book I have read / listened to by Randy Chandler and I wish I had discovered this author much earlier. The novel is a great blend of fantasy and horror combined and is completely different to what I have been reading lately ..a breath of fresh air. The story starts off quite slow and introduces you to the characters but by the second half of the book the action has ramped up and it's such a page Turner. The story is a great length at just over 6 hours .I highly recommend

It was the book cover that first attracted me to this novel. It is so eye catching. I hadnt realised when I started that this is the third novel in a set although it can be read as a standalone book I wish that I had read them in order as I so thoroughly enjoyed this one . The main character orla has an ability to sense things ..emotions and history from items that she touches and this leads to such an atmospheric tale when blended with the 70s as a time period. I absolutely adore short story collections especially when they are in the horror/supernatural genre. The length of this book is brilliant to listen to in one sitting and each story will appeal to different readers in a different way. Each tale holds strong In its own right . overall a great read . Kate L Mary Is fast becoming one of my favourite authors . Whatever genre she tackles always just seems to appeal to me - this book is no different. I really loved the idea of a somewhat type of ' bucket list' that is to be carried out whilst you are still young . Annie's backstory leading to the creation of the list made perfect sense and I think that in some ways everybody can relate to the dear of missing out. It is a fun and touching tale with great character chemistry. I was given this book by the author/narrator in return for an honest and unbiased review of the book

This is the first ever book I have read/listened to by Leaona Luxx. It is completely different to the usual genres I tend to read and I am so glad I took that leap as it is such a heartbreaking and beautifully written novel that is just full of raw emotion. The story is not rushed at all and just naturally flows. Not often will a book ever emotionally affect me . I havent got the words to describe it but I encourage people to listen to it and cast their own personal interpretations.i was given this book by the author/narrator in return for an honest and unbiased review

When I started listening to this book I hadn't realised that it was a part of a collection . Luckily this can also be read as a standalone story. It was everything that I hoped it would be short- sweet- cosy- warm and uplifting. It kept me engaged throughout and is a perfect story to read/ listen to at this time of the year . I usually love the young adult (teen) reads and find them an easy going read and a distraction. My personal guilty pleasure, but in this case In my opinion the story just seemed too young and immature . The whole book felt very rushed from start to finish and I found no connection to the characters. I feel this was due to limited character development. It just didnt go anywhere or progress. I'm sure other readers may love this book but unfortunately it just wasnt for me . I was given this book by the author/narrator in return for an honest and unbiased review

Whenever I start a book by Kate L Mary I always know that I wont be disappointed. The book of David Is very different from the books I gave read/ listened to by this author previously and it shows a completely different style of fiction from the author. The cult aspect of this storyline appealed to me from the offset and it was another book that gripped me right from the very beginning. There is great character development and I just absolutely adore the resilience of the main character Willow. I was given this book by the author/narrator in return for an honest and unbiased review
