I absolutely loved this! Never heard about body positivity properly before, I knew it existed but didn't really understand it properly. This was revolutionary for me! I've done so much emotional healing in the 10h of listening to this than i have in the past 8 years trying to recover from my eating disorder. Very good book and what a lovely message it sends to the world. Love it!!!
