Very enjoyable book with lots of insights into the mind and life of a high level Crossfitter.

I was put off by some of the reviews that slated the narrator but I gave it a go anyway as I have an interest in Crossfit. I have to admit that after being so used to American or neutral accents reading books that this narrator seemed strange to listen to at first. But knowing what Sam Briggs sounds like I thought it's not too dissimilar to her accent so I've stuck with the book. And I'm glad that I did, its an excellent book so far and I found myself quickly getting used to listening to the narrators northern twangs

So give it a go you won't be disappointed....It's the best Crossfit related book I have listened to so far!

I found this book to be very helpful in giving me a better understanding of how SEO works.
Before listening to this book I was very close to paying someone £80 per week to manage my SEO. Now after listening I am confident that I can do it myself and I have saved a small fortune.

There are many helpful tips in the book, so much so that I am currently on my second listen.
Jason is also true to his word, I have contacted him via the email provided in the book and he has replied to me and given me some top tips.

Highly recommended.
