Basically advocating sufficient sleep and low sugar diet. His view on T3DM is not in keeping with diabetes uk, but I concede has been used. Not really a practical plan

I love the Evans and Jackman series, and Joy Ellis has once again ruined an entire days plans, because once I started listening I could not stop. I would recommend starting with book 1 and savoring the drama.

I think many of us can resonate with not feeling like we are doing what we could. I've known for some time now that simple was not the same as easy, so ot made it all feel that much more human and approachable.

The sections where you can feels Mel's voice crack with the true human emotion of what she is reading make her more relatable.

I had low expectations for this book, but I'm so glad I listened to it. Thanks

While interesting enough, this book is more a biography about 1 mans journey through different masteries than a how to guide around learning.

The Tim Ferris interview at the end is littered with noise from one of them, I think Tim, moving about, making some food and possibly eating it. I appreciate the sections about getting past distractions but still felt they added nothing and decreased the quality of the interview.

empowering, inspirational. Shonda exposes her deepest insecurites and smashes them with us. This was the book I needed to hear right now. Thank you Shonda, for everything.

Exactly the same content as other books. To summarise, work hard. Having recently listened to another of his books it was dissapointing that none of it was new
