This is not my usual type of book but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The narration is 1st class and I think this made it more enjoyable than if I had read the book

Great insights and lessons to be learned

This is a great book. I found it practical and not full of hype like many others of this genre. The author came across as genuine and humble

I loved this book. It is so well written, with the right amount of colour, description and humour to make you feel as though you have a personal connection to the characters.

This series isnt quite as exciting as the Pery Jackson stories but it kept me listening. Perfect for 9 upwards i would say

This book starts off quite weird and you have to keep ploughing through, until you get to the good part. Im not sure I would have pursued it if i hadnt have seen the play and knew the story line. - its a prequel to the wizard of oz. That in itself was enough to keep me listening. How the wicked witch became wicked

At first I found it quite hard to listen to this book but in truth it is ok. Not my usual sort of book but im glad i stuck it out. Its less about Magic and more about war though!

as the first spiderwick chronicles. This did not have the same level of anticipation or excitement, which is a shame because we enjoyed the first ones so much.

This book pretends to be dark and scaryn but in fact it is funny ( and yes, somewhat dark.) Perfect for 10 and up. Adults will like it as well.
