I found this book extremely useful, and would happily recommend it to anyone, male or female, who finds their life affected by the laundry list of symptoms (and let's face it; who doesn't?). The subject matter is given careful scrutiny, and the advice is invaluable. The pleasant-voiced narrator makes it an easy book to listen to.

This is one of my childhood favourites, and the narrator tells the wonderful stories with plenty of colour and vigour. I can't imagine a young mind not being enthralled by this book.

This book is a detailed, factual look at this sensitive subject, and the calm way in which the author presents the subject is well worth the money. I enjoyed the vocal quality of the reader, who put me at ease. A great way to overcome stuttering.
