Meet John Milton. He considers himself an artisan. A craftsman. His trade is murder. Milton is the man the government sends after you when everything else has failed. Ruthless. Brilliant. Anonymous. Lethal. You wouldn't pick him out of a crowd but you wouldn't want to be on his list. But now, after ten years, he's had enough - there's blood on his hands and he wants out. Trouble is, this job is not one you can just walk away from. He goes on the run, seeking atonement for his sins by helping the people he meets along the way.

Superstar comedian and Hollywood box-office star Kevin Hart turns his immense talent to the written word by writing some words. Some of those words include: the, a, for, above, and even even. Put them together and you have the funniest, most heartfelt, and most inspirational memoir on survival, success, and the importance of believing in yourself since Old Yeller.

Very disappointed I listened to the audio sample which was fine, and sounded very amusing but on downloading the book gave up after 15 minutes due to the foul language. I am not a prude by any means but chose not to listen to s***, f*** and m***** f****** in every other sentence, sorry just not for me. Audible great as usual and returned my credit. Shame as I think this could have been really amusing.

Lennox liked Quiet Tommy Quaid. Perhaps it's odd for a private detective to like - even admire - a career thief, but Quiet Tommy Quaid was the sort of man everyone liked. Amiable, easygoing, well dressed, with no vices to speak of - well, aside from his excessive drinking and womanising, but then, in 1950s Glasgow those were practically virtues. And besides, throughout his many exploits outside the law, Quiet Tommy never once used violence.

Not the best Lennox story but still way above the average, Craig Russell is a top writer, the highlight for me is the excellent story telling of Sean Barrett, top class. One character is a polish man with a glaswegian accent and Sean still nails it. Well done to all concerned.
