This Intermittent Fasting book was very easy to follow. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I like this Intermittent fasting guidebook.

I come with finance background and this is a very useful refresher and with great information. Flow of information and book was easy to listen as well. This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. The thought turned me off right out of the gate! I figured I'd try intermittent fasting for a week.

Having started meditation years ago with transcendental meditation (a concentrative type), I've found Kornfield's Vipassana (Insight meditation, an intuitive type) better for my needs and culturally very understandable. In addition, Meditation for Beginners opens his counseling expertise to fill gaps in emotional needs of meditators.
