This book was perhaps not as thrilling as the last one, but still a must listen if you have enjoyed the others. It focuses much more on Maria, but there is the climactic showdown!

Fantastic book. I was engrossed from start to finish. The book sure goes in for the shock factor. I was crying at the end.

For me this is the best book of the series so far. Even more drama and action and complex relationships. All good stuff!

The series continues to be excellent. There is often gritty and violent subject matter. I sometimes got confused by all the different characters but that may be just me!

I was expecting this book to be better than it was. The writing seemed to me somewhat under-developed and the story rather silly.

The book was very enjoyable but the narrator I found spoilt it a bit. He over exaggerated the dramatic bits too much and shouted too much! Still worth a listen though and I know it's a good series.

I believe that this author usually writes romance books. This wasn't a bad attempt at a zombie story although there are lots of authors out there who do it better.

Compact and easy to listen to. This was a decent book for the genre with some out of the normal bits to the storyline.

Shakespeare's use of English is wonderful as ever. But I do feel that an American voice doesn't really fit. Also there was little difference in the narrator's voice and so it was hard to know who was talking.

I did not enjoy this book as much as the previous ones in this series and I had to keep coming back to it. Nevertheless it is still a solid good book and anyone who enjoyed the previous books will enjoy this one.
