Another great read.
I hate the change of narrator. But after getting past that the story is another for those with a stronger stomach.

Compelling.

Shocking. But brilliant

I wonder where Chris carter gets his inspiration from.
So compelled to keep listening. Love the narrator

I found this book really interesting. I was quite shocked by the storyline but I couldn’t stop listening.

I recommend if someone was to listen to Chris carter. Start at the beginning of the series. Follow the characters. Although the storylines are different there is sometimes a continuation from previous books.

Definitely not for the faint hearted. Strong stomach recommended

Fabulous. Fabulous. Fabulous

Second time around listening to Steven pacey and Susan hill . What a fantastic start to a brilliant series of books. You start by not knowing where everything in this book comes together and then like a crossroads it all takes shape and you see the big picture. Excellently written Could listen to this over and over again.

I really enjoyed the book. The narrater was awful. The accents were weird and the storytelling was not believable. If it was read by a different person then it would be perfect. Getting past that the book was very addictive and sometimes left me at the edge of my seat

I was gripped from the beginning to the end. I found that I was on the edge of my seat in some parts. Sympathetic in others. Wonderfully written and narrated. Highly recommended.

I have listened to all of the other books leading to this one. Every one is brilliant. When I started listening to this book I was so disappointed with the narrator and his voices. I found it hard to get into it. The problem was that each character has their own voice and I was used to that but the DS suddenly went from a deep voice to a medium and fast paced tone. This I must say, threw me.
I think it would be nice if the narrator familiarised themselves with the characters before reading. Especially if it's in the middle of a series.
Apart from that little flaw, it is still worth listening to.

If you feel the same as I do and understand what I mean please agree with me and hopefully we can avoid this from happening again.

When you begin reading a Peter James book it may seem a little bizarre and confusing. This book like all of his others is no different. The more you read, however, the realisation that everything you've read or heard starts to come together quite brilliantly. I now find his books extremely addictive and very well written. Following the lead investigator and his background subtly and discretely. By the end of the book all becomes clear and like a jigsaw puzzle the bigger picture comes to light. Great story that compells you to keep reading. A must have in your library A+++

From the start to the finish I found this story compelling and easy to follow. All the stories from this author are brilliantly written.
I didn't know where the story was going to lead and how it was going to end, I was on the edge of my seat throughout. I couldn't stop listening.
The plot was well thought out and the characters were voiced perfectly. At some points I had goosebumps.
A must read for anyone who dares!!!

I started to listen to this in the morning, I couldn't stop until it was finished. If you've want to listen to suspense along with great story telling then this is the story for you.
Not only was the narration the best I've ever heard but the way it was told and the way it was written couldn't have been done any better.
I followed the plot perfectly and knew who was who. It was riveting from start to finish.

Michael Robothom writes superbly and Sean Barrett tells it wonderfully

Would you listen to Blind Fury again? Why?

I would listen to this and any other Lynda la plante book over and over again.

What did you like best about this story?

The anticipation of not knowing what will happen next is close to perfection. It's like watching the tv. You can see the story in your minds eye and follow it by hanging on every word. I couldn't turn it off.

What about Kim Hicks’s performance did you like?

I liked the different tones in Kim's voice knowing exactly who she was meant to be and could follow the story easily

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Suddenly connecting the clues between the blanket and the dog hairs I was willing it not to be the main characters boyfriend but then I started to doubt whether he was guilty or innocent.

Any additional comments?

Engrossing and totally absorbing, I didn't want it to end.:(
