By making small, easily achievable changes in each of these key areas, you can find and maintain good health - and avoid illness. You don't need to excel at any one pillar - what matters is the balance across all the things you do.

From time to time, we've all experienced coincidences that seem to be endowed with a special meaning or significance, and that appear to defy the laws of probability. For the most part, these coincidences seem amusing or insignificant. But a famous psychologist defined these moments of meaningful coincidence as "Synchronicity".

I feel that this is not apt for those who are beginning their spiritual path as its information overload. Deepak is famous for metaphysical stuff and subatomic level stuff. These concepts are beyond my comprehension unfortunately. I'd recommend Wayne Dyer's inner wisdom to everyone. You won't be able to stop listening to it!
