This one is a diamond in that rough. Really clear idea really clearly described with some very practical suggestions on how to implement. I’ve actually gone and bought the physical book too so I can refer to it over and over. Excellent book

Wow, very excellent book. I found it to be Insightful, Informative, probably the best book on the subject. One of the best Self-Improvement books I've ever had.It makes one think differently about life!

This book was a good overview of the different types of fasts! The book describes how to lose weight and burning fat in an easy way for a newbie also! The book teaches us an exciting and amazing weight loss program. Definitely, I'll advise everyone to this book.

Picked up this audiobook because I found dealing with people so exhausting and it's a mystery for me. The best way is to understand them and then you will understand everything. I've spent a couple of bucks for this book and i don't really regret it. If it costed more, I will still purchase it.

I need structure in my life and this book does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the breakdown! I highly recommend for someone who is just starting out this book will help you understand the whole process

It’s life changing in every sense of the word. While weight loss is probably one of the reasons you picked up this book, it’s just one of the unexpected and beautiful side effects of eating in a way that benefits your entire physical well being. The diet merry-go-round is confusing, dizzying, and doesn’t get you anywhere. You keep going in circles. A diet is just a meal plan. Right now, you’re already on a diet. But it’s not working. It’s not bringing you the results that you want; it’s not bringing you the body you want — well written by the Author. Thankful!
