Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. An incredible adventure is about to begin!

What can I say. Fantastic. Read the book once. Listened to this book about five Times. I originally bought the cds but had to purchase it on here.
Audible is Audiawesome.
Filling my library up 4 books a month. I pay a tenner a month for membership which gives me a free credit. Plus I buy 3 credits for £18. So my usual turnaround is 4 books for £28. Quite often 1 book costs that. Love Harry Potter, love audible

Plus Annie Aldington Reading it adds that extra something. If you could give more than the maximum 5 Stars I really would. Kimberley Chambers as an author is bloody fantastic. Once again thank you. Gareth Thomas had it all. He was a national hero, a sporting icon. He was a leader of men, captain of Wales and the British Lions. To him, rugby was an expression of cultural identity, a sacred code. It was no mere ball game. It gave him everything, except the freedom to be himself. This is the story of a man with a secret that was slowly killing him. Something that might devastate not only his own life but the lives of his wife, family, friends and teammates.
