For the parent who is running out of ideas to help a child worry less overall and fixate less on disappointments, this audio book is very valuable and practical. I was disheartened at first to learn that my own approach is part of the problem, as I've been relying on intuitive actions such as assisting my child in avoiding situations that make her anxious or engaging in excessive attempts to comfort .
