If you're going to adapt a Terry Pratchett novel DON'T MESS WITH THE STORY LINE OR THE CHARACTERISATION!
The narration and the performances are fantastic though.

Fire and bone is an enjoyable mix of contemporised Celtic mythology, a little romance and a little mystery. I couldn't stop listening.

A really enjoyable story which is wonderfully narrated. My children, aged eight and eleven, both enjoyed it as did I.

A well written story beautifully told, a fascinating glimpse of a moment in history. My only grumble is that the very end seemed a little rushed, it took me by surprise.

Obviously not as complex a story as the Peter Grant novels, but a good way to spend 30 minutes. I chuckled to myself on several occasions. Read as brilliantly as the other stories by Kobna Holdbrook-Smith

An interesting novel, of people on a journey, their struggles and the dynamics between them. A company of liars is excellently narrated and performed.

A wonderful story, beautifully read.

This is a vivid moving account of a difficult time. It is full of lively characters for whom I cared a great deal. The performance blends well with the story.
