This book showed me all the steps and rules of this diet. Author Serena Baker has described everything pretty clearly and I didn’t face any issue to understand each part. Here I got a detailed diet plan with lots of relevant recipes which are really amazing. I already started Mediterranean diet and now I’m looking forward to try these recipes.

This voice book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. As a result, I have lost about 18 lbs in a month and have learned that fasting has many health benefits that scientists have proven with multiple examine! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who interested in learning and applying about this diet!

I should concede that I'm a moderate learner however since this audio book is composed and clarifies pleasantly I could figure out how to break down individuals in a glimmer. Figuring out how to listen individual's brain through their demeanor and non-verbal communication will give a ton of preferred standpoint in life that is the reason when I saw this book on Amazon I've chosen to try it out and gain from it. Each time I turn page I am more drawn to it.

I really enjoyed this cookbook! I was a little hesitant about the fad of keto but this book had simple, creative, fun recipes that make trying out vegan keto a breeze. It has tons of ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with macros to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need.
