The audiobook's not too lengthy so it won't be mentally drifting like the previous guide I got. I hate to compare but this one's far good. I am starting to see this in a different light.

I enjoyed the practical nature of this audio piece. The proven strategies are something to look forward to. The author has described the important guidelines that will help us develop our third eyes and cultivate our intuition.

Thanks Emily! It definitely made me rethink and evaluate how I approach food. It also helped that my cats are currently on their diet and I could see the negative effects firsthand. Unlike certain bad habits that you can give up all together, you still have to eat to survive. Therefore understanding your emotional associations to food is important. This listening piece is educating me well.
