Like it or not, your every move is being watched and analyzed. Consumers' identities are being stolen, and a person's every step is being tracked and stored. What once might have been dismissed as paranoia is now a hard truth, and privacy is a luxury few can afford or understand. In this explosive yet practical book, Kevin Mitnick illustrates what is happening without your knowledge - and he teaches you "the art of invisibility".

I was intrigued about this story for a few years. I still remember clearly the time when Raul Reyes, the FARC second in command was killed in Ecuador and the Colombian government find a large number of USBs and laptops loaded with key information about their operations.

Operation Relentless happened just days after the killing of Raul Reyes and multiple news agencies in South and Central America mentioned that this was possible due to the information contained in these laptops.

I really wanted to know the true story behind those events. Great story!

Compared with the recount of other tech or business leaders and visionaries, this book left me with a bad taste for what Musk represents and his wreckless, uninspiring leadership style. Yes, he's built great nd unique businesses and companies, he's developed an amazing vision for the future, but I didn't feel inspired by him or his style, at all.

Older translations altered passages, omitted passages, mistranslated Hitler's words, and made some parts more sensational while concealing the true meaning in other parts of the book.

It was extremely useful to put his story, ideals and political views in perspective with the geopolitical forces, ideals, power, threats and motives for his vision.
