I like that the author has taken great detail to explain the many aspects of procrastination. I like this quote, "It does not matter what comes first depression or procrastination, we do know what follows". What he is talking about is what I call the flip flop effect. If depressed procrastination follows, if it is procrastination then depression follows. This book helps you to understand where procrastination leads in our life, and how to reasonably get out from under the spell. Best book on the subject!

I'm really enjoying listening to this book. It's very inspirational. Yes, some concepts are common sense but I really like the wisdom that the author brings to the table. I know the author has another book on attachments, but I really liked the brief intro to attachment and how he tied it to mastery of self. I've started to observe, and let go of those ideas that I'm attached to that don't serve me but create friction in my relationships. I'm still learning but I feel I'm more mindful about them. I'm glad I bought this Audible book and can't wait to finish it! Note I am listening to it in strides because I feel there is a lot of wisdom packed and I need time to digest. But it is still amazing, so an overall 5!

This audio book is easy to understand and follow. For someone like me who is a beginner, it takes the confusion and struggles out of "how to meditate. This book will surely help you.
