Wish I had seen that it was only 3hrs long for 1 credit, as although the story was OK am not sure it was worth that tbh

Thoroughly enjoyable listening.

have read the while series of these books and suggest other readers read them in order as it all converged on what was an excellent ending, this book. My only complaint is that the narrators are not the same throughout the separate trilogies, for even though youbget used to the voice change eventually, there are certain voices that really suit, anita in this is one of those as was the one portraying fitz in the previous 2 books and other series, not that this narrator is at fault but consistency would be better.
Big shame I have come to the end of the robin hobb series now where do you go!!

Another very enjoyable Book

An excellent if not slightly predictable endimg to this series. My only issue is not necessarily with this narrator, but like many of the RH series narrators or productuons, there seems to be no proper punctuation (a proper pause between what i suspect in the book is a new paragraph ), so you you suddenly go onto another topic and become a little discombobulated, other I love these books.

these stories are so engrossing be it this trilogy or the assassin series. my only criticism is that the characters seem to change, in early readings kettriken was more scandanavian like, whereas this stoeynwas cross French and Spanish, prefer the former, consistency across the books would have been better in both narrator and character portrayal, just my opinion

was a good conclusion to the trilogy, I think better than the first two is this last one, good storyline, narration is good but can see where a new session begins by the narrators tone

Narrator has had a bad rap in some reviews but i kinda liked it and got used to the changes of voice, he reminds me of an posh english pilot types and can see you wll either like ot or hate it,
The story I thought was better than book 1 and can not wait to read the last one, hoping its not an anti climax.
