It's not only entertaining but also really helpful to listen to how other people in the public eye cope with or have coped with their mental struggles.

Great ideas within.

I really enjoyed this book, it is one of the most informative books on perfectionism, however I really wish the author would have narrated it himself.

Denise speaks about how chilled she is now but my guess is that this wasn't always the case. You don't get to the dizzying heights of seven figure coaching business success by having a laid back attitude to your days. Denise has grafted with an ambition that pushed her forward, my guess is that it's only now in hindsight that she can preach 'chillprenership'. the book is good but for us guys at the begining of our success journey, we mustn't feel like we are failures if we are not chill. girl gotta go through mud, gotta give blood, sweat and tears and then write a book about how to chill.

This book was an eye opener for me about creative avoidance and how it differs from procrastination. Greg explains what is going on when we fear the thing we know we should be doing. It's short but you need that from a book you are using to 'creatively avoid'. It was just the kick in the butt in needed.

One of the best books I've ever finished!

This book called have been called 'How to slay Perfectionism.' because in order to get a project over the finish line, John Acuff the authour, teaches that's what you have to do. I love this book, never has a self help book had so many laugh out loud moments, it's so refreshing to have so much wit woven into a book with a fairly serious subject.
I adored the moments when John Acuff, added bonus content and went off script and just told a story to the listener.
My favourite part by far is when Acuff explains how he attempted to learn ping pong. His retelling of the story is worthy of a stand up routine.
I can't wait for John Acuff to finish his next book.
