A brilliantly written story which captures all the emotions and turmoil of being 16.
Excellently narrated by Rory Kinnear - on my journeys to work left me wishing for a traffic jam!

Captivating love story, so well constructed and woven together. Brilliantly narrated particularly Eleanor Tomlinson who brings the Laurie character to life superbly.

Genuine and honest and very funny, made all the better by being read by the author.

I generally like Romesh's dry wit and comedy when I have seen him on tv so I was expecting to enjoy this book - but unfortunately it didn't make me laugh.
There are some good stories in it but Romesh's dead pan, monotone delivery style and the simplistic writing style aren't a great combination.

Great book, well written by (?) a very engaging man who is brilliant on a bike. Sagan comes across as a genuine good guy who is able to not take life or bike racing too serious despite being the best in the world.
Brilliantly read by Sy Thomas.
Loved it - one of the best cycling books (and there's a lot of competition)
