She’ll never forget...I’ll never forgive. People always notice my daughter, Isobel. How could they not? Incredibly beautiful...until she speaks. An unsettling little-girl voice, exactly like a child’s, but from the mouth of a full-grown woman. Izzie might look grown up, but inside she’s trapped. Caught in the day it happened...the day that broke her from within. Our family fell apart that day, and we never could pick up the pieces....

I really enjoyed it but then it became predictable and irritating, the performance was excellent and I feel like their definitely will be a sequel as the ending wasn't really an ending.
the end of the book was the biggest let down.

This is a horror book, not in the shaking with fear way... but in the the could really happen way.
That people can be so disgustingly mad and afraid.
This was terrifying because it could happen and in some ways it has.
I highly recommend this book although I can say it will traumatize you and possibly make you cry.
Also great performance, as for Joy she did brilliantly

Binge listened to this after thoroughly enjoying Sweet Pea, Rhiannon's character develops a lot and i found the ending good. also is it just me or is Rhiannon's still far too relatable? apart from her sexual stuff, thats the only thing that rly sics me out.
I hope we will get more of Rhiannon's adventures someday or at least something similar.

Serial killer stories in 1st person are such a niche that needs filling and i really really enjoyed this in a way i havent enjoyed fiction for a while.

A nice break in between reading Brave New World and Keri 1.

Where does a moderately popular internet star who never leaves her house look for potential suitors? Online. Tinder, Bumble, Match.com, OkCupid - I tried them all. My 31-year-old self clicked and swiped her little heart out, leading to more dates than I could count, and more disappointment than I was prepared for. Maybe you can relate. Maybe you know all too well the perils of modern dating.

okay first off, everyone complaining avout Hannah Murray (narrator) can shut up, she speaks in a slow meaningful tone that sets the ominous tone of the book.

Annie/Milly she is a numbed out disturbed 15 year old and Hannah murray speaks as such but she changes her voice to fit the other characters.

This story was just so disturbing, scary and full of tension. It was easy to follow but it didnt include all the clichés of an easy thriller.

You dont know where it's going to go but you are happily being led by the hand down scary alley!

I LOVED IT, please give this a shot you wont regret it.

Reminded me of 'Beside Myself', Gone Girl, The Girl On The Train and Watching Edie.

If you loved messed up fiction, youll love this also the writer was a child psychologist so more than we know will be based on truth.

after much debate im rewriting my review. whilst the premise of this book sounded thrilling, i ultimately gained nothing from it.
the story was good at first but slowly became less surprising and i found myself working out the book before it had even hit the middle.
the narrator on the other hand was BRILLIANT! just a shame that the story was rubbish! ao ive returned the book with hopes of finding a thriller that will truly thrill me.
