This is a great book to listen to as soon as you wake up and just before sleep, it also has a lovely soothing effect if you wake up in the middle of the night, gets you back to sleep beautifully.

I was hoping it would 'tell me how' and it didn't the publishers notes should be changed as it's misleading. I gave it 5 because I really enjoyed it, it didn't tell me how to translate the messages my body is telling me and must be loads as I can feel it, however it confirmed that I would like to find out how from another source
