A good book that covers everything for a Plant Based Diet. The recipes are great - however - it should of had pictures of the recipes to accompany the recipes though. But it is a great book to read if you are just starting a plant based diet. I like the way the recipes are all together in sections. Great way to learn a Plant Based Diet. Great book to keep for the recipes.

A great book pointing out the habits of specific populations that have 3-5 times the amount of people living past 100 than the rest of the world. Simple things to do that would make life so much better. I'm trying to incorporate them into my life.
