The narrator was excellent and, to me, the story was well researched. Would definitely recommend.

I haven't actually finished the book yet so may have to revise my rating. However, I just have to say how annoying it is that Gaffer, the gamekeeper's dog, is continually referred to as 'it'. As in 'Gaffer raised it's head', 'Gaffer sat back on it's haunches'. It goes on and on, referring to Gaffer as 'it', which is fine when talking about 'the dog' but not when talking about 'Gaffer'. This is really spoiling the story for me.

Just about finished, but not bothered about final conclusion. Let's just say I would not recommend.

Felt it was 'lightweight' - more like a story for teenagers. For the length of the story, I had expected more content. Had high hopes that it would be deeper and more along the lines of The Stand which is one of the best books I've read.

Brilliant. A book I've been waiting for for long time. If you liked Stephen King's The Stand you'll like this.

Perhaps not as good as previous stories but enjoyable nevertheless. could listen to Jeff Harding endlessly. Love him in the Reacher books.

Loved it. Started of in a gentle manner with a bored housewife developing into something rather darker.
