This is my first foray into P. D. James and I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was. It’s a classic whodunnit set in an English country manor.

Narration was also top-notch and I’m pleased to see Daniel Weyman narrated the whole series.

A short and entertaining podcast style look at true crime. I think it is worth a listen.

This was a podcast that could have been informative and educational but it wasn’t.

The interviews were painful to listen to and some went on for far too long. They should have been scripted or better edited.

I’m an adult and thoroughly enjoyed this. Martin Jarvis’ perfect narration really brought the character of William alive.

I enjoyed the little Christmas facts sprinkled throughout the podcast although I wish it went into more depth. Nevertheless, it was an entertaining short podcast.

I eye read this and loved it so much I had to get the audio version as well. This proved to be the right decision. Jeremy Northam's excellent narration made an already great ghost story even more eerie and atmospheric.

This is perfect for listening on a chilly night under a cosy blanket with a hot cuppa tea.

Love the story but not sure about the narration. It started off entertaining enough but the voices soon grated on my ears.

No doubt Rory Kinnear is a very talented narrator but alas, his narration here is just not for me.

This was nicely performed although the story was only so-so. A pity we never find out the why at the end.

Great as a filler in between audiobooks.
