The story is great. It gives a very nice picture of the life after sanctuary. Performance wise, not so great. I don't like Dan's voice. It sounds like an old witch rather than a man with authority. Other male voices are OK that's why I'm struggling to understand why the reader gave one of the main characters such an awful voice.
There is also a tone at the end of almost every sentence that I find quite annoying, can't really describe it in words but I'm sure there's someone else sharing my same sentiment.
I would still recommend the book just for its story.

Epic ending. Masterful performance. A suitable ending for an amazing series. Just wishing for more books! Not that it didn't finish properly, I just can't have enough. I'll miss every single character, every operator, every moment of this wonderful adventure.

Being a fan and follower of the post apocalyptic genre, I have to say I’m impressed with the fresh ideas this series involves. I now have a newfound respect to the military and special operators and just love how it all blends in into a great storyline.
Again a 5 star performance by RC Bray.
