Mo Collins is surviving the zombie apocalypse, but it hasn’t been easy. So far he has gathered himself a group of misfits, and one monkey, to help carve out an island paradise in the middle of a world turned blue and ravenous by an unknown plague. Mo seems to be the hero of a predestined movie script. The ride is about to get wilder and travel into uncharted territory. Next plot point of this movie: A cure? (Saw that one coming didn’t you?) New faces? New adventures? New villains? Does it ever end?

I have been waiting for months and months for this title to be released. It has lived up to my expectations and more.

The narrator has made this book and the characters to come to life. He is very skilled at the different character’s voices. I was so happy to hear Smokes again-there are plenty of laugh out loud moments including the term “Whitebread”, a white settee in the store, having an allergy to pork and many more.

There is a shocking “oh my gosh” moment as well.....an unexpected villain coming back to revenge. This time the author has introduced tales from other characters which is a welcomed addition. I’m really looking forward to book 5. Enjoy

After decades of planning, the contagion was unleashed, and overnight hundreds of millions died and came back as rampaging, undead monsters. The living that had been lucky enough to survive the first day of carnage, lucky enough to be in the right place, and lucky enough that some of them had the skills to survive soon found out there was much more to worry about than just zombies.

I loved the storyline~really will not give too much away as I don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun. I was hooked from the start, fast paced, great characters, loads of “oh my gosh” moments and the narrator did a fantastic job.

I am definitely going to listen to the rest of the series. Enjoy

I read this book a couple years ago and I found it to be the most beautiful book I’ve read. It was an emotional journey which made me laugh and cry. It’s an unusual tale of the friendship which develops between two characters and addresses the issue of mental health.

However, listening to the book is so much more. Whatever I say in this review cannot do this Audible book justice. The narrator really did a stellar job of bringing the characters to life. I loved every moment I spent listening to this. I throughly recommend this book. I hope that you enjoy it.

Firstly, this box set is a bargain. I am so glad that I used a credit to buy it.

I have read another series by this author and thought I would give this one a go. It is different from the Extinction Cycle series, as it is about an EMP attack on the USA. I loved the fast pace, the storyline and the character development.

I would definitely recommend this box set. This is one that I would listen to again and again.

For Mo Collins, surviving the zombie apocalypse isn’t getting any easier. Defeating blunatics, saving survivors, recovering treasure, and securing Guntersville Island has been taking up Mo’s time when he would rather just make time with his girl. But he can’t avoid his scripted destiny; his personal Oracle, Smokes, won’t let him. He can still bitch about it, though.

In this book there are loads of developments for the characters and the storyline. The cliff hanger at the end is going to force me to read book 4 while I’m waiting for it to be recorded and released on Audible.

This series is one that I strongly recommend. Enjoy!

The book is genius....even better than the last and the narrator really has done a stellar job of making the characters come to life. He is the best narrator that I have ever heard.

The storyline is original, hilarious and entertaining. I love the relationship between Smokes and Moe....they have given me some truly laugh out loud moments. Moe reminds me a little of “Forest Gump” at times....just mor intelligent.

I’m diving straight into book 3 and eagerly waiting for book 4 to be on Audible because I will no doubt finish it really quickly.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book. I was surprised by the Southern accent and it took a little while to get used to (as I’m in the U.K. so not an accent I usually hear).

However, this book is excellent & hilarious. There was multiple laugh out loud moments which there usually isn’t in a Zompoc novel. I love the take the author used....very unusual but it works!!

The narrator is excellent~has to be the best I have experienced in an audible book.

This book was very addictive for me. I usually only listen to books a couple times per week~usually when I’m ironing & I read the rest of the time. I found myself listening to this books whenever o had a moment to.

I hope that you enjoy this book as much as I have.

I have listened to the first book in this series and have enjoyed this even more because it’s a continuation of Evan Berry’s adventure during the Zompoc. Can it get any worse for him. Yes it can. There is a whole host of new characters introduced ~ good & bad. I cannot wait until the next instalment is released on audible. However in the meantime I have downloaded book 3 so I can find out what happens next.
