this book could have been condensed significantly but the repetition gets the points across. I am definitely a "maximiser" (not a great thing) and looking back, have been better off as a "satisfiser". enough good content for me personally.

For me this was all new stuff. it seems obvious once explained but for me I have always associated hard (more) work with 'success'. I am going to listen again straight away. Definitely recommended

I enjoyed this book and there are things that need consideration whilst listening. i will listen again and will need to stop and invest the time in carrying out the exercises Rob mentions. personally I enjoy my job (I am employed) but am still going to look to integrate some of the thinking into my life. recommended
