not as good as the other books but worth the time
characters still working together but the story line was a bit off as if Ryan was finding it hard to get the story going but hope the action would return in the next book.

I loved it it's a type of book you can't stop listening to. the story is one that possibly could happen ,
there are officers in multiple army's have thoughts like Wood but glad they dont act.
the story is great how messing with the genome is realy bad how they turn into a type of throwback to the prime evil ouz to evolve back to somthing that should be left alone
really fantastic book
.

I find the history of the war in Vietnam interesting
but when the narrator puts on a condescending
tone with a Vietnamese accent realy bad
if not even racist . I got about 1/2 way through
and called it a day. but I flicked through the latter chapters to see if got any better but alas no
so it's good night from me and goodnight from him.

should have got his promotion to Cpl

As a British Vetran I find the way the Vietnam veterans were treated as appalling . these guys go and do a job get called all the names under the sun.
but James Dixon did his job lost his friends
witnessed the cruelty of man against man and made to do what Soldiers and Marines do in every
Army hurry up and wait and if it dose not move paint
it or polish it. this is a great book and I think anyone who called the vietnam vets baby killers should read it and understand how these Soldiers and Marines felt when they came home
