Every once in a while I am reminded that life should be as simple as we can make it. Lisa Buckland has brought back all of the magic of this craft, and did it in a way the everyone will be able to use. Her correspondence charts are amazing. Every one of them is precise and organized. Really helpful audiobook for anyone who wants to learn quicker and better. I didn’t have high expectations but I was intrigued to see if any of the techniques work and I have actually learnt a lot! I really liked the bonus passive income ideas book too!

There are several chapters within this book that I found very useful and will be looking at again. I have enjoyed learning more about CBT and this author knows what he is talking about.
