Gladwell has an incredible ability of taking news stories we all kinda sorta remember but making you reexamine the "facts" as you thought you knew them..

Can I get a refund? it is simply a long string of every cringeworthy new age cliche - "Be more mindful of the emotions this might be triggering in you". The reader is painful to listen to especially when quoting others. She adopts a range of ridiculously hammed-up voices and accents. Her glottal stops are annoying. "It's no' wha' you say. It's wha' you do tha' ma''ers". I'd give this zero stars if i could.

He can make you laugh just by the way he pronounces innocuous words. Genius.
